The automated process PGN Job Fox provides begins with PDQ and "SPDQ." These stand for Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ), and Supervisor Position Description Questionnaire ("SPDQ").
The analysis for internal equity begins only after at least fifty (50) employees have completed their PDQ and SPDQ respectively. The reason for this is simple. PGN Job Fox needs enough data points to perform statistical tests. Low data count essentially provide unreliable results. We test for compression, inversion, job classification lead and lag and inter-departmental lead and lag.
It makes sense for us to have enough data for the analysis to become possible.
